Organising seminars and conferences in Wiurila is easy. The Ballroom at the Wiurila’s estate central economy building serves as the main venue for larger audiences, while parallel sessions can be held in Wiurila’s meeting rooms, the Arched Gallery and the smaller private rooms located above the Arched Gallery.
Restaurant Wiurilan Sigrid and Wiurila’s catering services complete the event. You can also add a guided museum tour, golf or padel to your programme.

Wiurila can take care of all the catering for your event. The day can be planned around your programme and group size, from morning coffee and lunch to afternoon coffee, cocktails and dinner.
Restaurant Wiurilan Sigrid provides all food and refreshments for the event and can also ensure that water, fruit and other refreshments are available to participants in the meeting rooms. Menus are professionally planned together with the customer.

Here are answers to some common questions to help you consider Wiurila as the venue for your seminar or conference.
The Ballroom accommodates up to 180 people. Workshops and other sessions can be conveniently divided between the smaller spaces: the small cabinet accommodates 16 people, the large cabinet 40 people and the Arched Gallery 30 people. The restaurant is also available and accommodates 60 people.
Yes. Wiurila’s cabinets, Arched Gallery and restaurant provide space for multiple parallel sessions.
Wiurila has two cabinets and the Arched Gallery. The restaurant can also be used when required. By special arrangement, the dining room in Wiurila Manor’s main building, which is normally used as part of the museum, can also be set up as a separate, peaceful meeting space.
Yes. The experienced team at Restaurant Wiurila’s Sigrid takes care of all catering needs for your event.
Yes. The Ballroom can accommodate a dinner for up to 150 people, and the restaurant can also be used. Wiurila has three museums where guided tours can be arranged. Golf and padel are also available at the Wiurila estate.
Wiurila does offer some basic AV equipment available for meetings. For events in the Ballroom, we recommend bringing your own AV equipment.
